Tredence has been included in the 2018 Gartner Market Guide for Data and Analytics Service Providers. The list includes service providers who provide solutions for data and analytics programs.
Gartner defines the data and analytics services market as composed of consulting, implementation and managed services for decision, analytics and data management capabilities. These are executed on technology platforms that support an organization’s fact-based decision making for digital transformation. These services may include commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions and proprietary assets, focusing on business use cases and outcomes, as well as information infrastructure and governance.
Tredence has been providing data and analytics solutions to clients within different industries like CPG, retail, travel and hospitality, industrials, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, telecom and financial services. The company’s four-step approach to enable last-mile analytics consists of analyzing data, generating insights, creating recommendations and translating recommendations into actions for sustainable business impact. Other analytics services firms operate with a focus on only the first three steps of the given approach. Tredence, however, incorporates the final step which is crucial in the process of operationalizing analytics.
