This Privacy Policy ("Policy" or "Privacy Policy") explains how Tredence Inc., a corporate having its office at 1900 Camden Avenue, #66, San Jose, CA, 95124, U.S.A., and its affiliates and its subsidiaries ("Tredence", "we", "us" or "our") collect, use, store and protect the Personal Data of individuals who visit our websites, or otherwise interact with us in a personal or professional capacity.

This Privacy Policy governs processing of Personal Data relating to:

  2. Individuals who communicate with Tredence through digital, email, or other channels; and
  3. Individuals who apply for careers or want to explore partnerships or business enquiries.

This Policy does not apply to customers' Personal Data processed by Tredence, or any Personal Data processed by Tredence strictly on behalf of its enterprise customers under data processing agreements, service contracts, or other arrangements in respect of which Tredence acts as a data processor.

This Policy applies to processing of Personal Data of individuals located in jurisdictions where Tredence operates or offers its services and shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable data protection and privacy laws.

  3. The Legal Grounds on which Company Has to Use Your Personal Data

    Tredence shall process Personal Data only where one or more of the following lawful bases applies:

    1. Performance of a Contract: When the processing of your Personal Information is necessary in order to perform our obligations under a contract.

    6.2 Contractual Safeguards

    All third parties processing Personal Data on behalf of Tredence are contractually required to:

    We do not share Personal Information with third-parties, except as required to provide the services or for our legitimate professional needs, to carry out your requests, and/or as obligated or permitted by law. Furthermore, Tredence does not sell Personal Data, rent Personal Data, or engage in data brokerage activities.

    Tredence operates globally and may transfer Personal Data to affiliates, service providers and infrastructure located outside the country in which you reside, including but not limited to the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union. Where such transfers occur, Tredence ensures lawful protection through various safeguards, which may include European Union Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), transfer impact assessments and risk evaluations and/or other safeguards as may be required under the applicable laws. Tredence ensures that recipients of transferred Personal Data are subject to enforceable obligations that provide a level of protection essentially equivalent to that required under applicable data protection laws.

    Personal Data shall be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including compliance with legal, regulatory, accounting and reporting obligations. Upon expiry of the retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with industry-standard practices.

    • Right to be Informed: You have right to know what all information we have collected about you, why the information is collected, how long it will be kept, how you can file a complaint, and with whom Tredence will share the data.
    • Right of Access and Rectification: You have the right to access your Personal Information. This is called as 'Data Subject Access Request'. If we agree that we are obliged to provide Personal Information to you, we will make it available to you free of charge. Prior to providing Personal Information to you, we may ask for proof of identity and adequate information about your interactions with us that we can trace your Personal Information. If the information we hold about you is incorrect, you are allowed to ask us to correct any inaccuracies in your Personal Data.
    • Right to be Forgotten / Erasure: You have right to be forgotten which is also known as the right to erasure. This right allows you to ask for your Personal Information to be deleted from our systems.
    • Right to Object and Restrict Processing: You have the right to object to or restrict us from processing your Personal Information.
    • Right to Data Portability: Wherever technically feasible, Tredence shall make reasonable efforts to assist in structuring and providing your personal data in a machine-readable format, and to transmit such data to another data controller.

    Tredence has implemented reasonable security policies and procedures in place to protect Personal Information from unauthorized loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. Access to Personal Data is restricted to personnel who require such access for legitimate business purposes and who are subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations.

    While Tredence applies industry-standard safeguards, security cannot be absolutely guaranteed against all threats. Those personnel who have access to the data are required to maintain the confidentiality.

    We retain Personal Information for as long as it is needed to provide our services, stay in contact with you and to comply with applicable Laws, Regulations, and Professional obligations that we are subject to and for other legitimate business reasons.

    Please be aware that Tredence websites could contain links to other sites, which might not be managed by Tredence and hence outside the ambit of this Privacy Policy.

    By registering on any Tredence website and then navigating to another Tredence website while still logged in, you agree to the use of your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy of the Tredence website you are visiting.

  12. Personal Data Breach Management

    Tredence maintains documented incident-response and breach-management procedures designed to detect, investigate, contain and remediate Personal Data breaches. Where a Personal Data breach is likely to result in a risk to the rights or freedoms of our data subjects, Tredence shall notify affected individuals and competent regulatory authorities within the timeframes required under applicable law.

    Tredence may modify this Privacy Policy from time-to-time to reflect Company's current Privacy practices. When we update this policy, we will revise the "Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Tredence's websites or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
